Melitta SystemService GmbH & Co KG is the commercial division of the Melitta group of companies.

The core MSS business is the manufacture and distribution of commercial filter coffee machines. Cafina, our Swiss subsidiary, produces fully automatic espresso machines for coffee specialties. We also sell coffee and accessories to wholesalers and maintain our own technical department to carry out customer service.

Melitta SystemService sells and services equipment and coffee in over 50 countries world-wide through an extensive network of subsidiaries and partners. Among its customer are leading hotels, restaurants, fast-food and coffee-shop chains, hospitals and catering companies.
